Human Practice Foundation Aitong IT Academy

Human Practice Foundation creates sustainable change through education and entrepreneurship, working closely with local communities to ensure long-term impact. The project in Kenya works to empower young women through digital education and sustainable community development. The project establishes an IT Academy in Aitong that provides young women with essential digital skills and access to remote employment opportunities. The pilot includes a basic IT course, followed by an advanced six-month training program. Upon completion, participants are offered mentorship and job placement opportunities in collaboration with CloudFactory and Learnio. The IT Academy is locally anchored and designed as a scalable model for digital education and empowerment that can be expanded to other regions of Kenya in the coming years.

Frececo Fonden is funding the pilot phase of the project in Kenya.
