Kwera

Kwera is empowering Sub-Saharan Africa’s future by equipping a new generation of youth with the education and skills needed to drive economic growth and transform communities. Through various initiatives, including a scalable income-share agreement model, Kwera funds students' university tuition. In return, graduates contribute 10% of their salary for 10 years once employed. With a vision to empower one million educated and employed youth, Kwera is fostering sustainable development and prosperity in the region.

Frececo Fonden supports the scale-up of efforts in Tanzania by providing core funding and direct funding for student fees.
